Reserve Your Order: A deposit is required at the time your order is placed. The remaining balance will be due before delivery or pickup.

Order Confirmation: Once a deposit is received, our team will contact you to finalize your order details and answer any questions about the process.

Aging & Processing: We age our beef for 14 days as our standard to help maximize tenderness and flavor before cutting, packaging, and freezing.

Turnaround Time: Most orders are completed approximately 2-3 weeks after your final (base hang weight) payment is received.
